QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED职位要求:
? Bachelor degree or above;
? 本科或以上学历；
? Major in packaging engineering or mechanical design;
? 包装工程或机械设计专业；
? More than 2 years experience in metal structure design;
? 2年以上金属结构设计经验；
? Good packaging design concept and manufacturing experience;
? 良好的包装设计理念和制造经验；
? Good command of English;
? 良好的英文运用能力；
? Proficient in CAD and 3D software such as UG.
? 熟练使用CAD，会使用UG等三维软件。
RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS职位描述；
? Design customer packaging and coordinate with customer to confirm the package method, also control the package investment process to make sure the delivery can catch the program PPAP, also as contact window to deal with package issue, to make sure no complaints from customers.
? 设计客户包装并完成包装评审，管控包装投资进度，满足交付，同时保持客户沟通，对接客户端的包装问题，保证客户无抱怨；
? Manage supplier packaging to ensure all the package can meet the safety and quality requirements, to ensure no complaints from internal customers;
? 管理供应商包装，确保供应商的到货包装满足安全质量等相关要求，保证内部客户无抱怨；
? Manage the WIP package inside the plant, to make package standard for package and also release package guidance, to make sure production smooth.
? 管理厂内半品包装，制定通用包装标准，下发包装作业指导书，确保满足生产需求
? Participate in the design of factory logistics system to improve the utilization rate of packaging space;
? 参与工厂物流系统设计，提升包装空间利用率。
? Make package maintenance plan for all the package; make obsolete package using plan for new program for cost saving.
? 制定包装维护计划，保证包装正常周转；制定包装利旧方案，减少新包装的投资，节约成本
